To help appease some of you clowns who think I rate my slices too high, here’s another clunker from Jumbo Slice in Washington, D.C. I went here with good old big daddy Matty Bones last May to see Fairweather and, for some reason unknown to me, we decided it was a good idea to get pizza. D.C. is where you start getting too far south to have any hope for the pizza to be even reasonably good. Neither one of us got a jumbo slice, instead deciding to split a smaller pie. I’m sure just by looking at it you can tell that there wasn’t much to miss on this pizza. It looked like Domino’s and didn’t taste much better. The cheese was also super runny and came off leaving you with nothing but gross sauce and crust. I can’t say I’m disappointed since I wasn’t planning on this to be any good in the first place, but it was still a bummer that it tasted this bad. Do yourself a favor and go to D.C. for the white house, not the pizza.
